We want every part to reach you in perfect condition.
Damaged or defective items
Report any damage or manufacturing defect within 10 days of receipt, with a photo, to info@darkbenchworks.com. We will send a free replacement.
Inspect on arrival
Resin parts are fine and detailed — please check your order when it arrives.
Made-to-order
Because items are produced to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days at our discretion; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong item
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 10 days and we will make it right.
